I am Vanessa Rodríguez, MD, and The Endocrinology Wellness Institute is my private practice where I provide specialized endocrinology care that’s comprehensive, easily accessible, and tailored to you.  I focus on treating various endocrine conditions, including Diabetes, Thyroid issues, Osteoporosis, Low T, PCOS, and more. My approach involves one-on-one education combined with lifestyle management.

My 20+ years of experience as an adult endocrinologist and 35+ years of personal experience managing diabetes as a Type 1 Diabetes patient, give me a unique perspective, particularly with my diabetes patients.  My patients are very vocal in how I have always taken the time to listen and to never rush them when they’re voicing their questions or concerns to me. Focusing on patient volume and insurance company’s demands was always in conflict with the way I wanted to practice medicine and serve my patients.

Now as a direct endocrinology specialist, my patients are members of my practice and by keeping insurance companies out of the equation, I am practicing medicine the way I have always believed it should be done…  with unrushed, unlimited visits.  Any member patient can connect with me in person, via video, phone, text message, or email, granting them direct access to my care, guidance, and expertise.

I embrace technology empowering patients to manage their conditions, helping them lead full, productive, and joyful lives. My staff and I are fully fluent in Spanish providing compassionate care to any patient who prefers to communicate in their native language.
