We offer 10 coach led classes a day, Monday through Friday and three on Saturdays consisting of beginner friendly high intensity functional fitness. Our classes and workout programming help you improve your overall health and wellness through resistance training and cardiovascular improvement. Our workouts combined with our nutritional counseling and body composition testing helps you reach your fitness, health, and appearance goals. Membership options include unlimited and limited plans for those with challenging schedules. All you have to do is show up at HEW Fitness Delray Beach and we’ll do the rest.
