Central Park Taekwando presents a self-empowerment workshop for children and adults to learn awareness, defense, and action.
Groups and Times:
10:00am - 10:45am: 4 - 6 years old (parents are invited to observe)
11:00am - 11:45am: 7 - 12 years old (parents are invited to participate)
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Teens - Adults (parents are invited to observe & participate)
