Visiting Angels of SE Florida is a Nurse Registry licensed by the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration. As of July 2024, Visiting Angels of SE Florida is celebrating 25 years of exemplary service throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties. We assist adults, seniors, and their families arrange for in-home, non-medical care with thoroughly vetted, screened, and trained caregivers. The kind, compassionate, and experienced professional caregivers that we refer can help to optimize quality-of-life and restore and maintain the dignity of care recipients. Caregivers provide as much or as little help as needed with all Activities of Daily Living (e.g., transferring, toileting, dressing, bathing, etc.) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (e.g., laundry, transportation, light housekeeping, etc.). Visiting Angels advances the “consumer-directed” model of care whereby the care recipient and their family determine the course of care! You get to Select Your Caregiver©, set a schedule that works for you, determine which services will be provided and how they are to be provided, and likely pay a lower rate than if using an “agency-directed” model of care. Our dedicated in-house staff is available around the clock to answer any questions that you or your family may have regarding the challenging and complex issues and dynamics involved in making the decision to initiate and continue caregiving services.
